GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Our goal is customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please reach out so we can offer specific advice.  All refunds and credits are subject to the terms below:

1) In order for the product to be eligible for a refund or credit, the product must be unused, in it's original packaging with the security seal completely untampered. It must also pass internal re-certification & security screening as part of anti-money laundering & anti-fraud measures.

2) The buyer is liable for all costs & fee's associated with shipping & returns.

3) The buyer is liable for the cost of restocking the item. This is applicable due to the time & cost associated with the re-certification, security screening & anti-money laundering / anti-fraud process & measures required by law.

We recommend opening all parcels on video.

REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product with within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your returned product is received, our team will inspect it for authenticity & damage and then process your refund after confirmation. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method, used during the purchase. At no point will any other method be used due to Anti-Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering.

CREDIT POLICY
You have 30 days to request credit from the date of purchase if your item is faulty or not meeting your expectations. All items must be insured during return shipping & signed for upon delivery. Zoda Gems holds no responsibility or liability during the return process and will not credit or refund any item that has not been reassessed.

All sales are final on discounted stock and are ineligible for return or credit unless otherwise stated in the Australian Consumer Law Act.
